INSTRUCTION: SIWES PORTAL
1. Submit the photocopy of your IT payment receipt to ICT Unit Help Desk office, last floor computer building.
2. Your registration number and the last four digits receipt number gives you access to the portal, enter your registration number and the last four digits receipt number to gain access to portal.
3. Fill SIWES form, submit and print out.
4. Submit the print out at the SIWES office to get your log book and other documents.
5. Update your SIWES form online within 2 months of IT.

Note: your log book will not be accepted if you fail to update your place of placement and address within 2 months of IT.
