2023 Enugu Deanary Cathedraticum
Nigerian youths are encouraged to stay away from all forms of criminal activities and actions that affect their image negatively.
The Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Most Rev. Dr. Callistus Onaga gave the advice today in a HOMILY during a Holy Mass to mark this year’s 2023 Cathedraticum for Enugu Deanary which took place at Holy Ghost Cathedral, Ogui Enugu.
Most Rev. Dr. Onaga called on Nigerian leaders to give the youths the required training that will make them useful citizens rather than force them to acquire deviant behaviours.
The Priest advised Nigerians to show greater interest in agriculture so as to reduce hunger and excessive consumption of foods processed with unauthorised chemicals
Most Rev Dr Onaga observed that fruits and foods preserved or ripened with chemicals could cause cancer.
