Over 120 Catholic Women and Mothers of Ominium Sanctorum Chaplaincy members, Thinkers Corner Enugu, received free medical checks courtesy of Godfrey Okoye University Enugu Center for Nanny and Continuing Education!
The services included vital health checks such as weight, blood pressure, sugar level, temperature, pulse, and height. The Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Prof. Sergius Udeh, a seasoned nurse with over 30 years of experience, provided counseling on the importance of these tests.
Prof. Udeh highlighted how these tests can prevent health complications like obesity and heart failure and emphasized regular check-ups’ significance.
The Coordinator of the Nanny Centre, Associate Prof. Blessing Udeh described the outreach as a special Women’s Day gift and an opportunity to raise awareness about Godfrey Okoye University Teaching Hospital.
Let’s prioritize our health and well-being by scheduling regular check-ups!
Kudos to Godfrey Okoye University for this impactful initiative, making a positive difference in the community!
