Prof. Regina O. Udaba is a scholar of English language and literature with expertise in applied linguistics, stylistics, and literary discourse. She teaches courses in stylistics, linguistics, and language studies, and her scholarship engages topics such as Achebe’s poetry, child naming in Igbo society, linguistic analyses of Soyinka’s works, and cultural nuances in African and European literary traditions.
She has published widely in national and international journals and contributed book chapters on incorporating culture in ESL pedagogy, African philosophies of love in literature, and children’s literature. She has also authored instructional texts in applied linguistics and grammar.
