Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu State, has been unveiled by Debaterverse as the Institutional Host Partner for the All Nigerian Youth Debate Championship (ANYDC) 2026.
This means GOUNI will be hosting one of the biggest and most prestigious debate tournaments in Nigeria, scheduled to hold from 27th to 31st March 2026.
ANYDC is a national gathering of undergraduates and graduates from across the country, where critical ideas are debated, perspectives are sharpened, and high-level intellectual exchange takes centre stage. It brings together some of Nigeria’s brightest young minds, seasoned adjudicators, and leading voices in youth discourse.
The tournament will also feature the Nigerian Débatteur d’Or 2026, where exceptional debaters and public speakers will be recognised for their outstanding performances in 2025.
Hosting ANYDC 2026 further reinforces Godfrey Okoye University’s growing reputation as a centre for excellence in debate, leadership development, and youth intellectual engagement.
