Congratulations to Professor Mrs. Modesta Egiyi, the University Bursar, for emerging as the Best Academic Staff of the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences for the 2023/2024 academic session! A Chartered Accountant and dedicated scholar, Professor Egiyi was recognized for her outstanding teaching, research, and service to Godfrey Okoye University.

Kudos to Chioma Ozokonkwo, the Faculty Officer, for being named Best Non-Teaching Staff, showcasing exceptional professionalism and dedication.

The Dean, Associate Professor Dr. John Odo announced these awards during the faculty’s end-of-year celebration, highlighting key achievements, including the elevation of Professor Sergius Udeh to Vice-Chancellor Administration and the full professorship of Professor Mrs. Egiyi.

This annual event brought faculty members together to celebrate unity, progress, and achievements while embracing the vision for greater milestones in 2025.
