GODFREY OKOYE UNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT PRAISED FOR SUSTAINING THE TEMPO OF ACHIEVEMENTS!

The Governing Council of Godfrey Okoye University, led by its Chairman and Pro-Chancellor, Professor Christian Nwachukwu Okeke, has commended the institution for its outstanding performance in the 2nd Edition of the Abuja City Journal National Essay Competition.

During the 35th council meeting held in Enugu, Professor Okeke congratulated the Vice-Chancellor, Reverend Father Professor Christian Anieke, for his unwavering dedication to excellence. He also celebrated Ojiako Amarachi Judith of the Department of International Relations for her remarkable achievement in securing the 1st Runner-Up position, and applauded the Director of Competitions, Mrs. Uchanta Chukwu, for her relentless commitment to nurturing talent.

Speaking at the event, Reverend Father Professor Christian Anieke described this milestone as further proof that Godfrey Okoye University is among the best in Nigeria.

Miss Ojiako Amarachi Judith emerged victorious among 25 other finalists from universities across the country, taking home a cash prize of ₦1.5 million for her brilliant performance.
