Ekwelem Chisom Laura, a dedicated 200-level Law student of Godfrey Okoye University, is currently in Abuja as one of the 26 finalists for the National Essay Competition, hosted by Abuja City Journal and sponsored by FIRS and KAPEK.

She is competing against other top universities in Nigeria, and the prize money at stake is significant: 5 million, 3 million, and 2 million naira for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions respectively.
