“Academic brilliance means little without strong moral values.” – Rev. Fr. Prof. Christian Anieke
The Vice Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University, Rev. Fr. Prof. Christian Anieke, has once again emphasized the importance of character in shaping true education.
Speaking during a courtesy visit by graduating students of Godfrey Okoye University Secondary School at his Thinkers Corner campus office in Enugu, the Vice Chancellor reminded the students that what sets an educated person apart is not just knowledge, but the values they carry into the world.
He praised the students for their excellent performance in the recent UTME and expressed his deep satisfaction with the academic and moral grooming they have received under the Catholic-guided system of the school.
Rev. Fr. Prof. Anieke encouraged the students to take the next step in their academic journey at an institution that nurtures not only the mind but also the spirit, citing Godfrey Okoye University as a place where excellence, discipline, and values go hand-in-hand.
At GOUNI, education is not just about passing exams; it’s about becoming the kind of person who makes a meaningful impact in the world.
