
Godfrey Okoye University continues to lead the charge in tech innovation!
The Vice-Chancellor, Reverend Father Professor Christian Anieke, welcomed the Bluecode Africa team after an intense judging session at the university’s second-ever Hackathon, proudly sponsored by Bluecode Africa.
During their courtesy visit, the team presented the winners’ cheques and a special swag pack to the Vice-Chancellor, recognizing GoUni’s commitment to fostering young tech talents.

The Director of Competitions, Mrs. Uchanta Chukwu introduced the team to the Vice-Chancellor, who commended Bluecode Africa for its investment in developing young innovators.
After the award ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor met with the Bluecode team again to discuss internship opportunities for students and future Hackathons. He reaffirmed GoUni’s position as a centre for innovation, stating:
“Godfrey Okoye University has what it takes to compete at the international level.”
The Bluecode team expressed their appreciation for the university’s hospitality and pledged continued support for tech-driven initiatives.
