GOUNI MSS Trio Clinch 2nd Place at Regional CIPM Inter-University Quiz!

In a powerful demonstration of brilliance and teamwork, three exceptional students from the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences (MSS), Godfrey Okoye University, have emerged 2nd Place Winners at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) South East Regional Quiz Competition.

Representing different disciplines within the faculty, Nkenna Azubuike (Psychology), Ogbonna Deborah Febechukwu (Psychology), and Isioma Favour Onuoha (International Relations) stood shoulder-to-shoulder with contenders from top federal, state, and private universities across the South East, among them, University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and Michael Okpara University.

The competition, which drew undergraduate participants from Human Resource Management, Management Sciences and Social Sciences, was no walk in the park. In a gripping intellectual battle, the GOUNI team held a tie for first place with Hezekiah University, eventually placing second after a fiercely contested tie-breaker round.

This feat not only showcases the depth of talent within the MSS Faculty but also underscores the university’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.
