The Enugu State Government announced that the winners of this year\u2019s Godfrey Okoye University Enugu Beauty Pageant will be engaged in promoting tourism within our beautiful state!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducing the new Mr. and Miss GO: Daniel Emenike, a 200 level Computer Science student, and Ifeoma Atuonwu, a 200 level Mass Communication student. Congratulations to both of you on your well-deserved victory!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This announcement was made by Mrs. Rita Mba, Chairperson of the State Tourism Board, during her address to dignitaries, staff, and students of the university and its group of institutions as part of this year\u2019s Unity Week celebrations. Mrs. Mba reaffirmed the state administration\u2019s strong commitment to making Enugu a premier tourism destination in Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Mrs. Mba revealed exciting plans to engage the designer of the amazing costumes used during Creativity Day to promote the state carnival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reverend Father Professor Christian Anieke, the vice Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University, also commended the students for their outstanding creativity showcased during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s celebrate Daniel and Ifeoma, who beat 10 other contestants to emerge as the new Mr. and Miss GO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
