\"\"The Deputy Rector of Omnium Sanctorum Chaplaincy, Thinkers Corner Enugu, Reverend Father Henry Amuji, has encouraged Christians to embrace Christmas as a celebration of something new\u2014the birth of Jesus Christ, who came to save the world.<\/p>\n

Speaking during a Holy Mass to mark Mr. Alex and Jane Chukwu’s Silver Jubilee and the dedication and baptism of Dr. and Mrs. Uchenna Ekwo’s twins, Reverend Father Amuji reminded the faithful of the importance of obeying God’s word. He emphasized that those who keep God’s commandments will inherit eternal life.<\/p>\n

The priest also expressed concern over the impact of criminal activities in Nigeria, which have made this year\u2019s Christmas season more challenging for travels and celebrations.<\/p>\n

Reverend Father Amuji shared valuable advice for couples, urging them to build relationships on trust, respect, and mutual understanding to ensure lasting success. He discouraged placing undue emphasis on wealth or physical appearances, instead advocating for natural, mutual, and Godly respect in marriages.<\/p>\n

Let us embrace the true spirit of Christmas by living in obedience to God’s word and nurturing relationships grounded in love and respect.<\/p>\n
