The Vice-Chancellor, Reverend Father Professor Christian Anieke, welcomed the Bluecode Africa team after an intense judging session at the university\u2019s second-ever Hackathon, proudly sponsored by Bluecode Africa.<\/p>\n

During their courtesy visit, the team presented the winners’ cheques and a special swag pack to the Vice-Chancellor, recognizing GoUni\u2019s commitment to fostering young tech talents.<\/p>\n

Mr. Davidson Regha \u2013 Managing Director, Bluecode Nigeria<\/p>\n

Mr. Adedayo Lamina \u2013 Product Manager, Bluecode Nigeria<\/p>\n

Mr. Matthew Chukwu \u2013 Senior Software Developer & AI Specialist<\/p>\n

Mr. Lucky Azike \u2013 ICT Manager, GoUni<\/p>\n

Mr. Daniel Ekweani \u2013 Maliroso Software Engineer<\/p>\n

The Director of Competitions, Mrs. Uchanta Chukwu introduced the team to the Vice-Chancellor, who commended Bluecode Africa for its investment in developing young innovators.<\/p>\n

After the award ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor met with the Bluecode team again to discuss internship opportunities for students and future Hackathons. He reaffirmed GoUni\u2019s position as a centre for innovation, stating:<\/p>\n

“Godfrey Okoye University has what it takes to compete at the international level.”<\/p>\n

The Bluecode team expressed their appreciation for the university\u2019s hospitality and pledged continued support for tech-driven initiatives.<\/p>\n
