Dr. Veronica Egonekwu Mogboh is a seasoned scholar and administrator in Educational Management. At Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu, she lectures in courses such as Sociology of Education, Foundations of Education, and the Teaching Profession, with a strong emphasis on equipping future educators with practical insights into leadership, policy, and pedagogy.
Beyond teaching, she serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Funding where she drives collaborations that expand institutional capacity, resource mobilization, and sustainable innovation in higher education. She also plays a pivotal role in placing graduates of English and Literary Studies Education in strategic positions that strengthen their career pathways.
An ardent lover of strategic innovations, Dr. Mogboh’s research spans educational leadership, school climate, mentorship policies, e-learning, teacher motivation, and entrepreneurial education. With over 50 scholarly works including books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed journal articles, she has contributed significantly to advancing discourses on educational reform, sustainable management practices, and the future of teaching in Nigeria.
