Your Pre-Arrival Guide – Everything you need to know
Greetings!
By now many of you will be getting ready to come back to campus. We do hope the preparations to return are going well.
We would like to share some information that might be useful. Many of you might have already known a lot of this information but it is always useful to have a reminder.
Your Pre-Arrival Guide
Accommodation. Hostel accommodation is strictly based on a first come, first served basis. The total fees cover the accommodation and hostel running costs. In order to book your accommodation online, you must have paid your fees. The hostel portal will open on 17th September 2021. Payment of fees.
Due to delays in generating remita payment invoices, students are advised to make payments directly into the university account numbers by Bank Deposit or Transfer:

Zenith Bank: 1011541029.
Account name: Godfrey Okoye University.
#500 payment commission paid into school fees account for each payment.
ICT/Online registration fee:
UBA – 1021077893
Send payment evidence with payment commission of #500 for each payment via WhatsApp: 08067160418, 08033455355, 08068084455 for confirmation and update on your ERP profile to enable you to book accommodation and register your course online. The hostel portal will open on Friday, 17th September 2021.
NB: POS transactions not accepted. Do not pay into any individual account number.

Online Course Registration. Students are required to register their courses online within 2 weeks of resumption. Click on the link to know how to register your course online – https://www.gouni.edu.ng/online-course-registration/
Student ID card. For your permanent student ID card, visit ICT help desk office.
Covid-19 safety on Campus. Remember to come with many face masks and hand sanitizers.
Drug Test. Students must undergo the compulsory drug test on campus and test negative before their portals can be accessible. New students can only get accommodation after their payment of fees and drug test.
