Godfrey Okoye University is set to make a powerful statement at the Enugu Campus Hackathon Grand Finale taking place on Friday, 20th February 2026, at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Enugu.
In a remarkable development, our Vice-Chancellor, Rev. Fr. Prof. Christian Anieke has been selected as a member of the jury. He is the only Vice-Chancellor on a panel made up largely of seasoned technocrats and industry experts. His inclusion reflects the growing recognition of GOUNI’s leadership in innovation, academic excellence, and forward-thinking education.
On the competition front, Team Tech Titan of GOUNI has earned a place among the Top 11 finalist teams. Significantly, they are the only team representing a private university at this stage of the hackathon. This achievement underscores the strength, creativity, and technical depth of our students.
