The Directorate of Linkages and International Collaboration operates under the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and serves as the hub for building and managing institutional partnerships. Our goal is to enhance GOUNI’s global visibility, strengthen research capacity, and facilitate meaningful collaborations that benefit staff, students, and society.
